This had to go fair(l)y quick and result in rather large images for various purposes. So I opted for a compositing job using photographed/photoshopped body parts that are obviously not lighted the same way. The compromises of a layout job.
In case this looks familiar, it was a slight adaptation of the Moulin Rouge Green Fairy and it was a fun job to do.
